Neon Drift Syndicate

Neon Drift Syndicate is the racer I keep reopening when I only meant to play one round. It's pure arcade: no tyre temperature spreadsheets, just weight, momentum and drifts you chain together for boost. The night city setting is a cliché, sure, but the neon reflections on wet asphalt look great even scaled down for weaker hardware.

The drift model is the star. You tap to initiate, feather the throttle to hold the angle, and the boost payoff makes long controlled slides feel earned. The AI is aggressive enough to matter without being cheap, and the shorter tracks are perfect for phone play.

If I had one gripe, the car unlock pacing is a touch slow in the middle stretch. Push past it and the later machines are worth the wait.
